Returns & Refunds

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with garment tag(s). All items are handmade, which may result in different variations from the item pictured in the listing, depending on the fabric used (i.e. tie-dye). We only accept returns for items damaged in shipping or if you received an item that was not listed on your invoice. We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please refer to the sizing chart in the item listing to ensure you receive the proper size.

To start a return, you can contact us at eternaldreamsllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No refunds will be issued unless the requirements above have been met. You may be issued a refund instead of an item exchange if we do not have access to more of the same fabric your clothing or accessories are made of from our suppliers.

Utilizing the website or receiving items from us in any way is an agreement and acknowledgement of such policies.
